Welcome to the Bringing the Lessons Home Ambassador Program. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Bringing the Lessons Home Program is geared towards high school students in the D.C Metropolitan area. These students are introduced to the history Holocaust, which enables them to bring the lessons of this history to their family, friends, and community.
Through a 14-week training course held in the spring, participants will: Learn more about the history of the Holocaust by attending class every Saturday Become trained tour guides for the Museum’s Permanent Exhibition Earn up to 40 hours of community-service credit Become eligible to participate in the Stephen Tyrone Johns Summer Youth Leadership Program
